Nduduzo Makhathini is a South African pianist, composer, bandleader and educator who leads a working trio and larger ensembles. He made his Blue Note debut with Modes of Communication: Letters From the Underworlds (2020) and has released subsequent acclaimed albums while touring internationally. Makhathini completed a PhD in Music and is noted for high-profile festival appearances and collaborative projects.
