Kevin Cook, known professionally as Poison Waters, is an American drag performer and community activist who has emceed and performed since the late 1980s. Cook has taught a Portland Community College course on the histories of drag, written about local LGBTQ performers, and received honors including an honorary degree from Portland State University in 2025 and Willamette Week's Best Drag Queen readers' poll.
