Rachel Eckroth is an American pianist, composer, vocalist and leader of the Rachel Eckroth Trio who records and tours as both a bandleader and an in-demand keyboardist. Her 2021 album The Garden was Grammy-nominated (Best Contemporary Instrumental Album) and she has performed/recorded with artists including St. Vincent and Rufus Wainwright; she holds an MFA in Jazz Piano from Rutgers University and has taught at university jazz programs.
