About
Understater is a Seattle-based project credited to Kira, Ana, and Jess; they released the Something New EP (August 31, 2025) and earlier singles including “Cholla” and “Spacewave” (2024). Their recordings were tracked at Whalehouse Studios and they have played Seattle venues such as Tim’s Tavern and Belltown Yacht Club; the project was also featured in regional coverage (AUDIOASIS / KEXP Best of PNW 2024).
