Drawing upon a mix of psychedelia, electronica, and classic rock and roll, Agro Vox’s musical world is transportive, both familiar and futuristic, and utterly its own. Originally hailing from the Midwest and settled in the Pacific Northwest for now, Agro Vox (né Erik Hanisch) blends masterful instrumentation with atmospheric ephemera to create soundscapes and songs that are evocative of a time and place just beyond reach. From chugging guitar riffs to warped samples, playful percussion and growling, often haunting vocals, Agro Vox is an ever-evolving experiment attacked with unrelenting passion.
