About

"Bored with its station in life, The Reaper decided to want a change. Not knowing if a concept such as himself could decide. He began traveling the world trying to find some kink of new meaning and feeling it discovered music. This intrigued it, it hadn't been drawn to anything ever since it was anthropomorphized from just an idea. One of the ultimate ideas but an idea none the less. Seeing the effect that music had on the souls of the people it touched the Reaper felt that this would be the most opposite of what it had been doing. The Reaper decided to start a band.
However, it didn't know what it was doing. So, it sought people who did. First it needed someone to write songs, and he found that in Tarantula Jones. Tarantula already wanting to be a writer and having a small amount of talent for guitar. He was smart, but he was also still very childish in a lot of ways. Tarantula was easy to tempt with promises of comic books.
Next, he knew he needed a solid rhythm section, and not just any would do. He needed someone different someone crazy. He needed Pandamonium, hailing from the land of SoCal punk and bringing a spice to the drums that added a little extra rhythm, there was no other choice. This one was by far the most difficult to get but eventually a deal was made over tacos and drinks.
While the easiest member to convince was the bass player, he was also the most difficult to find. A southern transplant Smokestack continued to travel North led by the smell of some super skunk. It is rumored that he was the one that found the Reaper and made the offer to join the band in exchange for some of his killer weed.
With the band formed it was time to figure out what kind of music they would play. Everyone had different influences, but they all agreed on Punk as being the main style they all agreed on. With that set they started adding and blending all of their influences to play whatever they want. However, the Reaper wasn't prepared for what he had created and the forces it took to bring everyone together. He was now just as stuck as they were in these deals. This is how the 4 piece punk band, Reaper PunX, from Tacoma Washington came to be."
