Ballard Homestead is a nonprofit community space operated by Abbey Arts that hosts all-ages music, storytelling, and arts events in a cozy, house-like setting. Built in 1923 and renovated in 2014–2015 before reopening in March 2015, it serves the Ballard neighborhood with intimate, mostly seated shows.

Free street parking nearby; limited on-site/lawn parking for crew (about six cars). Guests are asked to park on NW 65th St or 23rd Ave NW, not on Jones Ave NW.

Public transit

King County Metro Route 40 serves the stop at 24th Ave NW & NW 65th St a short walk from the venue; Route 44 runs along NW Market St between Ballard and the U District.
