Built in 1931 as Bothell Junior High and later named after the school's first Principal, Wilbert A. "Andy" Anderson, the art-deco style Anderson School and its surrounding buildings are being transformed. We're renovating the property to include 72 hotel guest rooms with private baths; restaurants and small bars; a brewery; movie theater; full-size swimming pool; and meeting and event spaces--complete with our signature artistic touches! Outdoors, plans include: courtyards with fire pits, a space for live music, gardens, weddings/special events and additional community green space. The main W.A. Anderson School building is three stories high in art-deco style, designed by Seattle architect Earl Morrison. In 1941, additional classrooms were constructed. In 1959, three ancillary buildings were constructed. The property is 5.41 acres and three blocks north of the intersection of Routes 527 and 522--approximately 13 miles north of Seattle, Washington.
