The Stimson-Green Mansion, an exceptional example of early twentieth century English Tudor Revival style architecture, is located in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood. Thanks to the generous donation of the Stimson-Green Mansion by Patsy Bullitt Collins in 2001, the Washington Trust is proud owner and steward of one of the most significant residential landmarks in Seattle. The Washington Trust is pleased to offer regular community events and public tours of the Mansion.

Parking

Small on-site parking area on the north side of the mansion in front of the Carriage House; otherwise use on-street parking or nearby surface lots along Seneca Street and side streets.

Public transit

Near RapidRide G Line service on Madison Street (First Hill corridor) and the Seattle Streetcar First Hill Line stops around Broadway & Marion; multiple King County Metro bus routes also serve the area.
